About us

Our approach blends Pilates, nutrition, and holistic living into a lifestyle rooted in joy, connection, and simplicity - whether you’re just beginning or deepening your practice.

Our Approach: Movement. Nourishment. Balance.

The Glow Guide was born from a deep desire to bring clarity and calm into the way we care for ourselves. We believe that wellness should feel realistic, intuitive, and personal- not overwhelming.

Through our online Pilates sessions, wellness eBooks, and 1:1 support,
we help you cultivate habits that actually last. We don’t chase perfection. We build momentum - gently and sustainably.

Our goal is simple:
To help you feel strong, nourished, and at home in your body - every single day.

Meet Adriana – the Founder

Hi, I’m Adriana - a certified Pilates instructor, nutritionist, running enthusiast, and a lifelong lover of everything wellness.

The Glow Guide grew from my own journey of finding strength through softness - learning to move in ways that energize, not exhaust. I’ve always believed that movement should support your life, not take it over… and that food should be joyful, not restrictive.

I’m here to guide you toward deeper connection, lasting strength, and a glow that radiates from within.

My Specializations

Pilates

Pilates isn’t about perfection - it’s about presence. My sessions blend strength, flow, and breath to help you move with confidence and control.

Nutrition

Food should support your life, not control it. I’ll help you build nourishing, flexible habits that feel good in your real life.

Lifestyle & Wellness

From gut health to glow-friendly tools, I simplify wellness in a way that fits your world - and feels good from the inside out.

FAQs – You might
be wondering…

Here are some of the most common questions we get about our services, products, and community. If you don’t find your answer here, feel free to reach out — we’d love to hear from you!

What makes The Glow Guide different from other wellness platforms?

We combine movement, nourishment, and mindfulness into one holistic approach. The Glow Guide is designed for real life. We prioritize sustainability over strictness. Instead of all-or-nothing plans, we focus on building gentle momentum through small, meaningful actions - so you can grow without burning out.

Do I need previous Pilates experience to join?

Not at all! Whether you’re new to movement or just starting your wellness journey, all sessions-whether Pilates, strength training, or a combination-are tailored to your level. The same goes for nutrition consults. You can book them separately or combine both for a more holistic experience.

Are your classes available online?

We’re currently working on making all classes fully accessible online. Some offerings are already available virtually, with more coming soon- so you’ll be able to join from anywhere in the world, at your own pace. Stay tuned!

Can I do this if I have injuries or physical limitations?

Yes- but we always recommend speaking with your doctor first. Our Pilates guidance is gentle, low-impact, and adjustable, with an emphasis on awareness and safety. You can also reach out for a personalized session if you need more support.

Do you offer support for Pilates instructors?

Absolutely. TheGlowGuide offers mentoring, guidance, and resources for instructors looking to grow their skills, deepen their knowledge, or simply reconnect to why they started teaching.

Can I book a personalized session or consultation?

Absolutely. You can book a 1:1 session-whether it’s a Pilates or strength workout, a nutrition consultation, or both combined for a more holistic approach. All bookings can be made directly through the site.

How can I access the eBooks or digital products?

Once purchased, you’ll receive a download link straight to your email. Everything is mobile/tablet friendly and ready to use.

Do you offer memberships or subscriptions?

We’re working on this! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.

What equipment do I need for Pilates?

A mat is all you need to begin. A few props (like bands or balls) are optional and only used in certain sessions- we’ll always let you know in advance.
